A look at what's in use now, why some things work and what they are useful for and to whom. A review of the other metrics in development around the world and a 'BCS' view on their comparable values, issues, challenges, etc. What we really want/need from metrics in the data centre and IT sector and the challenges of getting there.

This presentation includes the 'up to the moment' view from within the global metrics harmonisation task force from a general perspective so people can get a good idea on which way the thinking is going internationally.
