How good is your data centre?  How good is the one that you are thinking of using? How do you convince your CFO to pay for extra plant to make your data centre more reliable?

These are questions that the American Uptime Institute has tried to address with their approach to grading data centres according to 4 tiers.  How well does this work for IT organisations in the UK?  We would like to know what you think.
